Nonprofit & Charity Website Template for Framer – Upliftly

About Upliftly

Upliftly is a free, warm and editorial Framer template for charities, community organisations and NGOs. Instead of a static "12,000 meals" number, the home page opens on a live impact meter: a donation goal bar with counting totals, tied to your campaigns in the CMS. A donate widget lets visitors choose one-time or monthly giving, pick an amount and read exactly what that gift provides before they give.

Built on Framer CMS: programs, campaigns (with goal, raised, supporters and days left), stories and team are four CMS collections (21 items), with a detail page for every program, campaign and story. Around them sit 20 pages: home, programs, campaigns, donate, get involved with a volunteer form, events, stories, team and board, an annual report page with a program, admin and fundraising chart, partners, about, contact, FAQ, privacy, terms and a 404.

Every page is responsive on desktop, tablet and phone, with a mobile menu, hover states, count-up numbers, a swipeable mobile layout for card lists and original documentary-style photography of adults in community settings (no stock photos). Forms have required fields and success and error states. SEO titles, descriptions, favicon and social image are already set up. This template is free.
