Refund note

Templates are digital products delivered instantly, and the Framer copy link cannot be taken back once used. Because of that, purchases are generally final.

If a template does not work as described, or you were charged by mistake, email contact@digitalshijil.com within 14 days of purchase with the template name and the email used at checkout. We will fix the problem or arrange a refund where it is justified.

Payments and tax are handled by Polar, which is the seller of record. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.

Free templates have no charge and no refund.
